Diamonds International Pointe Seraphine

My wife needed a new ring for her diamond solitaire, so we walked into DI and were welcomed by the lovely Janna, who was very professional and courteous.
She went through lots of styles of rings to set my wife’s diamond in and she eventually chose a lovely white gold ring with 1/4 carat of diamonds down each side. With the fitting of the diamond, sizing and resizing another ring, it worked out cheaper than just fitting the diamond in a standard ring back home (UK). And it was done in two hours. I actually bought my wife a bracelet aswell while we were there. We were staying in a hotel in Castries, St Lucia, and the manager, Monique who was equally as courteous and professional dropped everything off at our hotel at the end of the day. What an absolutely fabulous service, we even had a couple of complimentary beers while we were there.
Ignore the negative feedback I would highly recommend these guys, a thoroughly pleasant shopping experience and my wife hasn’t stopped smiling. Carry on doing what you’re doing, and thank you once again. ️️️️️

I recently visited the Diamonds International Tanzanite International store in St Lucia. The store was very clean and the staff was helpful but not pushy. I was able to get a good discount on a ring for being a cruise customer. I also asked for an additional discount as I have bought from them in the past and knew I could try that. The ring I bought was beautiful and under $1000.

Great selection although it does feel like your being pressurised into buying. I went in there to look for a couple of gifts for my wife but didn't buy purely because everything she looked at the staff kept trying to sell it to her there and then; PLEASE NOTE when a man visits a jewellery store with his wife he usually looks at what she likes then buys it secretly, by trying to force the sale onto her you lost the sales which in the case was USD$10800

I bought a Tanzanite pair of earrings there. The store is beautiful. The employees are courteous and care about what I want and the jewelry is fabulous. I shopped there again in a minute.
