My experience with J&T Car rentals has been exceptional. From the time of pick up to drop off the customer service provided by Tessa exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them when you visit St Lucia and need a reliable vehicle at a reasonable price.

Excellent service! Great communication, Tessa was very responsive and helpful. The car was delivered to and collected from our hotel, with no extra charge. She also taught me to apply for the temporary driver’s permit. What impressed me the most was that, when there was a small issue (certainly unintentional and unexpected), she didn’t deny responsibility at all. It’s a very fair and responsible business. Also the rental was fairly priced, unlikely other companies that quoted ridiculously high prices during the Christmas season. Next time I’m in St Lucia, I’ll definitely rent from J&T again.

J&T Car Rentals is the best choice when you're in Rodney Bay and/or surroundings. We've got a great car and clear instructions, the communication beforehand was excellent, and Tessa was always very helpful and a super nice person. Excellent experience with J&T from initial booking through to delivery and return. I was particularly impressed by their communication and flexibility. Collection and return at the the stated meet up point along with communicating through WhatsApp. The cars are in great condition and I received a very friendly approach. No problems and complaints whatsoever. Definitely would recommend 5/5!

Tessa was wonderful! She picked us up from the airport. The car was clean and great. The communication was perfect from start to end and Tessa was in time to pick us up even in the end and dropped us off at the airport. This service is very professional and trustworthy and I can 100% recommend them. We will always use this service when we come back to St. Lucia!

We used J&T for both a car rental and some Transport to and from airport. They exceeded our expectations! My husband and I travel a lot and I have found that most corporate car rental companies are difficult to work with. Always trying to upsell you on insurance and what not and just a difficult experience usually. J&T…we dealt mostly with Tessa, was the opposite of that. Tessa delivered our vehicle to the Airbnb apartment we were staying in, did all the paperwork right there. She then drove with us in our vehicle to the police station where in St. Lucia you have to get a temporary drivers license for $20. Then she offered to go to the grocery store with us to get a few groceries since we just got there and were hungry and waited for us while we did that. From there we went and picked up a pizza at a local Italian restaurant to take home. She really went above and beyond what was expected.
We also used her for transportation to the Gros Islet Friday Night Street Party
as we did not want to drive ourselves. She walked us through the party, told us where it was safe to go where it wasn’t a good place to eat, and even stood in line to save our place at Dukes Place so we could go find a table to sit down. Above and beyond. I would recommend this company for sure, and plan to use them again when we go back next year. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Tessa met us at the airport and drove us to our rental. The car was great. We were met at the airport at the end our trip. All went well and Tessa made it nice and easy, I'd happily rent from J&T again

Excellent service, I am pleased to recommend J&T Car Rental, they helped in making my visit seamless.

We used J&T to bring us to Charles airport to get a rental car, and at the end of our trip for transport to UVF for our departure. Jermaine was an actual delight taking my son and I to get our rental car. Fun, funny, interesting conversation during the ride and he took care to ensure we had our rental car before he took off. We had 6 people to get to UVF and we had a small bus / van and Ed our driver was similarly fun to chat with and he took us through some local villages on the way so we could see more than just the highway. Next time we come I’ll rent our transport through them and use them for rides to and from airport. Highly recommend!
